Quick Easy Diets

I was looking over my collection of diets and reading material about diets that I’v collected over the years. It ranges from the piramid food group of school to aphedrin and caffeen .
The Quick Easy Diet that I’v used over the years is fairly simple. Its a combination of the Adkins Diet, combined with a simple daily exercise program and plenty of water to keep you hydrated.
When you first start the quick easy diet there are a few steps you must take.
- First two weeks of High Protien Foods and no carbs.
- Drink plenty of water
- Add fiber supplements to purge your system.
- Simple workout program.
Your probably asking why two weeks? This is the recommended length of time advised in most low carb diets. The premise is that it takes about a week to reset your metabalism and trick your body into thinking that your starving. Once your body thinks its starving it starts burning its reserves which is stored up body fat.
Your matabilisam starts to increase and produces a residue called lactic acid. This lactic acid is stored in your muscles and needs to be purged with water. Another reason for the water is that in tricking your body into thinking its starving creates stress on your liver and kidneys which need plenty of water to keep them working properly.
You need to take a fiber supplement to help with elimination eating meats and proitnens like cheese tend to clog up your bowles.
